Update on HB490 – The Human Life Amendment Bill
We had a great hearing before House Judiciary Committee on Monday morning (Feb 14th). However, there were so many proponents only a few were able to give their complete testimony. The regular opponents to most anything good and decent were also there (ACLU, Planned Parenthood, NARAL Montana, MT Human Rights Network, etc.). Their testimony against the bill was at times confusing and far reaching.
Great News today. The bill was passed out of Committee late this morning by a vote of 15 to 5. It now goes to the full House. Please contact your representatives and ask them to vote for this bill when it comes to the House floor.
What is the status of SB 161 (Nullify ObamaCare) and why is it still stuck in committee?
